WuShuo has learned that YZi Labs has issued an official rectification notice to 10X Capital, accusing it, as the asset manager of BNC (NASDAQ: BNC), of mismanagement, delayed information disclosure, and lack of governance. YZi Labs also threatened to abandon the previously promised BNB treasury strategy and shift investment to other crypto assets (such as SOL), which is a serious deviation from the strategic statements made during the July PIPE financing. YZi Labs is demanding that 10X provide a written commitment by December 5 to continue implementing the BNB treasury strategy, not improperly dispose of BNB assets, and publicly disclose key information such as treasury data and risk framework. If there is no progress on rectification, YZi Labs will push to expand the board of directors and replace management in order to protect shareholder interests.
