Blackstone's Q4 2025 revenue reaches $4.36 billion, with assets under management close to $1.3 trillion

Shanghai Securities News China Securities Network News (Reporter Wang Youruo): On January 29th, local time, Blackstone released its Q4 2025 earnings. The company achieved revenue of $4.36 billion in the fourth quarter, with a distributable earnings per share of $1.75. Capital inflows in Q4 2025 reached $71 billion, the highest level in over three years.

Blackstone stated that in 2025, the company’s fundraising and private wealth business grew by 53% year-over-year, reaching $43 billion, and it is expected to see strong capital inflows again in 2026. Overall, Blackstone’s asset management scale increased by 13% year-over-year, reaching nearly $1.3 trillion.

Blackstone Chairman and CEO Stephen Schwarzman said, “Blackstone has posted the best performance in its forty-year history. In 2025, we delivered outstanding overall investment returns for our clients, especially in infrastructure, corporate private equity, and multi-asset investments. Total investments for the year reached $138 billion, the highest in four years.”
