U.S. President Trump: Kevin Wash to serve as Federal Reserve Chair. Wash, born in 1970, is the youngest among the many popular candidates for Fed Chair. He graduated from Stanford University and Harvard Law School, earning a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor respectively. He previously served as Vice President and Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley. From 2002 to 2006, he served as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush for Economic Policy and Executive Secretary of the National Economic Council, as well as a member of the President's Financial Markets Working Group.
