Analyst: Wosh's nomination has a greater impact on the Federal Reserve's balance sheet

Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 30, according to Jinshi Data, eToro analyst Lale Akoner previously pointed out in a report that if Kevin Wash receives a nomination to become Federal Reserve Chair, the impact on the Fed’s balance sheet could be greater than its effect on interest rate policy. If Wash takes office and conditions permit, the Federal Reserve may accelerate the process of shrinking its balance sheet. This expectation is related to the steepening of the yield curve and the short-term strengthening of the US dollar, rather than indicating that monetary policy will be directly tightened.
