Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian said at the routine press conference on February 3rd, that a month ago, the United States brazenly carried out a military strike against Venezuela and forcibly took control of President Maduro and his wife. This hegemonic act seriously violates international law, infringes on Venezuela’s sovereignty, and threatens peace and stability in Latin America and the Caribbean.
