Jihong Co., Ltd. announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zhuang Hao, will pledge 8.6 million shares to China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. as of 2024-04-26, with the pledge being解除质押 on 2026-02-02. These shares represent 12.93% of his holdings and 1.91% of the company’s total share capital. As of the announcement date, Zhuang Hao holds 66,503,100 shares, accounting for 14.77% of the total shares, with 22 million shares pledged, representing 33.08% of his holdings and 4.88% of the company’s total share capital.
