The slowest retail investors are starting to give up. When the market hits new lows again, they succumb to their inner fears and sell the top-buying chips at the lowest price. So currently, it seems like retail investors are surrendering. Usually, during such times, there will be a rebound. I'm not talking about a quick rebound to 100K, but a temporary bounce. Ultimately, we will see a Bitcoin at 60K and Ethereum starting with 1, but maybe not today. This is also why altcoins are leading the decline.
