Instead of guessing the bottom, it's better to manage rebound expectations.
Many people are stuck on whether 70k is the bottom. Actually, in trading, what's more important is “what to do if you're wrong.” If you treat every pullback as the ultimate bottom, it's easy to run out of bullets in a volatile market. Historically, large-scale bottoms are often accompanied by multiple false rebounds and secondary lows.
Personally, I prefer “holding coins and observing + small position trial and error.” When the trend is unclear, heavy positions essentially mean paying for uncertainty. The truly comfortable opportunities usually appear when the market has lost confidence in rebounds.
Recent market-moving intelligence includes: first, macroeconomic data expectations fluctuate repeatedly; second, funds are overall deleveraging from high-position assets. The volatility in the crypto market is often a mirror of global risk appetite. #Is it time to bottom fish or stay on the sidelines?
As for contrarian coins, there are two categories to watch: one is projects with clear event-driven catalysts (upgrades, buybacks, dividend models); the other is stablecoin ecosystems and yield protocol tokens, which tend to attract defensive capital during volatile periods.
The market is like ocean waves—don't try to catch the lowest drop of water, but learn to stay on the boat as the waves rise.
