Shanghai Futures Exchange: Imposed trading restrictions on certain clients

The previous exchange announced that on February 3, 2026, ten groups of accounts with actual controlling relationships exceeded the daily opening trading volume limit on related contracts, reaching the exchange’s handling standards. The trading behavior of the above clients violated Article 16 of the “Shanghai Futures Exchange Management Measures for Abnormal Trading Behaviors.” The exchange has decided to impose restrictions on opening positions for the relevant clients on the corresponding contracts.
