Southeast Network Frame Announcement: The company recently received a “Winning Bid Notification” from the bidding entity Hangzhou Xiaoshan Environmental Investment Entertainment Snow Culture Co., Ltd., confirming that the company, together with Chao Feng Steel Structure Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang University Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., forms a consortium that has been awarded the contract for the “Nanzhan Unit XS110203-02, XS110203-28 Land Cultural Industry Project EPC General Contracting.” The total bid amount for this project is RMB 994 million. This winning bid is for the consortium, and the signing amount involved by the company will be subject to the specific implementation agreements signed by all parties in the future.
