Tech News 2月3日消息,Tech media Tom’s Hardware yesterday (2月2日) published a blog post stating that Intel Core Ultra 9 290K Plus processor has appeared in the GeekBench benchmark database, with version 6.5.0 scores of 3535 points for single-core and 25106 points for multi-core.
The testing platform used an ASUS ROG Strix Z890-E Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard, paired with 64 GB DDR5-6800 memory. According to the blog post cited by IT Home, compared to the previous generation Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, the Ultra 9 290K Plus shows a 10.5% increase in single-core performance and an 11.29% increase in multi-core performance.
Another Benchmark Record
In terms of specifications, the Intel Core Ultra 9 290K Plus continues the architecture layout of 24 cores (8 performance cores + 16 efficiency cores), with power consumption settings of 125W (PL1) and 250W (PL2).
To unlock its potential, Intel increased the boost frequency of the efficiency cores (E-Cores) by 200 MHz, reaching 4.8 GHz; at the same time, the turbo frequency and thermal velocity boost (TVB) frequency of the performance cores (P-Cores) were also increased by 100 MHz each.
