Actually, trading is not a sprint, but a marathon.
You need to know when to stop, when to walk, and when to run~ When it's time to accelerate, go all out; when it's time to brake, stop immediately.

Some people are asking if Bitcoin is entering another bear market.
Right now, about 40–45% of Bitcoin holders are holding at a loss. This means many people bought at higher prices than where BTC is today.
In past cycles, this level usually showed up early in bear markets.

The fresh attacks from Iran stressing oil facilities was a signal to go long on oil and its bullish consolidation on lower timeframes corroborated it. FA + TA
I’m expecting another attempt to $100 per barrel by Friday or next week if the pressure and tension from Iran in the oil sector doesn’t ease up.

$BTC around $70,573.1 doesn’t feel healthy right now….. and I’m not going to sugar‑coat it….. This isn’t one of those “quiet accumulation” spots. Price has been leaking, bounces are weak, and every small push up gets sold into.
That usually means confidence isn’t there yet. At $70,573.1, this looks more like a distribution / bleed phase, not a zone where smart money is aggressively stepping in. Chasing here is risky. If you’re holding from higher levels, this is more of a sell / reduce exposure zone, not a fresh buy. Levels I’m watching:
