Has the risk of difficult real estate deliveries been basically resolved? On February 6, multiple property developers disclosed their 2025 guaranteed delivery data, stating that the work of ensuring delivery is nearing completion. By the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, approximately 7.5 million units of "sold but difficult to deliver" housing have been delivered nationwide. Among them, Country Garden has delivered about 1.85 million units, and many other developers such as Greenland, Sunac, Zhongnan Properties, Cifi, and others have also achieved tens of thousands of units in guaranteed delivery. The nationwide "delivery difficulty" issue has been effectively alleviated. Several industry leaders also clearly stated that the task of guaranteed delivery has been basically completed. Yan Yuejin, Deputy Director of the E-House Research Institute, said that the risks in the real estate industry have begun to converge, and recent signs of a bottoming out in housing prices are becoming clearer. Some cities, especially first-tier cities, have already shown signs of stabilization.
