My understanding of this market is: you can hold positions without panic, but you absolutely cannot fight the trend. (You might make a small profit, break even, or incur a small loss, but you will never suffer a big loss.) Just look at the liquidations over the past couple of days, from retail traders to signal traders to institutions—wailing everywhere. Although I haven't made a big profit these days, I haven't lost either.
