CIFI Construction Management Signs Contract for Qingyuan On-Site Real Estate and Construction of the Rose Bay Xian Project
Viewpoint Network News: On February 13, CIFI Construction Management recently reached a partnership with Qingyuan Shidi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. to provide full-cycle construction management services for the Rose Bay Xian project located in Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City.
As a key distressed asset rescue and delivery project, the project is being restarted using a model that combines “incremental funding introduction + brand output + professional agency construction management.”
According to publicly available information, the Rose Bay Xian project is located on Jinxiu Road, Qingcheng District, with a floor area ratio of 2.5, a green space ratio of 35%, a total planned number of 1,250 households, and currently on-sale residential average price of 5,300 yuan per square meter. The main unit types are decorated delivery products ranging from 85 to 116 square meters.
CIFI Construction Management will follow the principle of “one project, one policy,” forming a cross-disciplinary team to provide customized solutions from product revitalization and engineering quality assurance to asset value realization, helping the project operate steadily and promote healthy regional market development.
