🚨 RUSSIA'S CENTRAL BANK REVERSES STANCE ON STABLECOINS
First Deputy Governor Vladimir Chistyukhin has confirmed that in 2026, the Central Bank will begin research on the feasibility of a domestic stablecoin.
The bank, which was previously against stablecoins, is now reconsidering this decision due to international usage and pressure from sanctions.
