In the 2025/26 national cotton processing enterprises, cotton is processed and notarized inspection statistics are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the cotton quality inspection system reform plan. As of 24:00 on February 3, 2026, a total of 32,359,900 packages have been notarized and inspected, totaling 7.3046 million tons, an increase of 14.30% year-on-year. Xinjiang cotton has a cumulative notarized inspection volume of 7.0321 million tons, an increase of 15.96% year-on-year. Among them, the inspection quantity of jagged fine staple cotton is 32,194,100 packages, the inspection quantity of roller-finished fine staple cotton is 19,247 packages, and the inspection quantity of long-staple cotton is 146,500 packages.
