Jindi Co., Ltd.: The controlling shareholder has completed the transfer of a 20% partnership share in Jinyuan Fund
Gelonghui, February 13 — Jindi Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Liaocheng Jindi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., intends to acquire a 20% partnership stake in Jinyuan Fund held by Shandong New Momentum Fund Management Co., Ltd. The transaction does not involve a mandatory tender offer and does not change the controlling shareholder or the actual controller. Recently, Jinyuan Fund completed a business registration change, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. After the change, Liaocheng Jindi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., as a limited partner, committed and contributed 158 million yuan each, accounting for 79% of the capital.
