On February 13, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau website announced the decision to impose an order to correct administrative regulatory measures on Beijing Kaixing Asset Management Co., Ltd. Upon investigation, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau found that the company engaged in the management and use of private fund assets without diligently fulfilling its obligations of honesty, integrity, prudence, and diligence. In accordance with regulations, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to impose an order to correct administrative regulatory measures on the company.
