On February 11, Shanghai Yidian and Alibaba Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and the two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in areas such as intelligent computing services, government and enterprise markets, and public cloud services.

Ma Chen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Yidian, and Wu Yongming, CEO of Alibaba Group, witnessed the signing. Vice President Liu Shanquan of Shanghai Yidian and Zhang Jing, Vice President of the Government and Enterprise Business Division of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Senior Vice President Li Jin of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, Gao Hui, Vice President of Pingtouge, and others attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, the two sides will leverage Alibaba’s Qianwen large model, self-developed AI chips, and cloud computing capabilities to integrate and collaborate with Shanghai Yidian’s independently developed Yidian Intelligent Computing Cloud YiCloud platform to develop integrated service solutions. They will jointly promote in-depth cooperation in application scenarios such as trusted data spaces, autonomous driving, government intelligent agents, enterprise digitalization, education, and healthcare, forming a “Shanghai特色” intelligent computing cloud solution.

Currently, the cooperation between Shanghai Yidian and Alibaba in the field of intelligent computing has already begun to be implemented.
