CSSC Defense announces that its controlling subsidiary, CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., has signed a construction contract for 16 feeder container ships with EVERGREEN MARINE (ASIA) PTE.LTD., with a total contract value ranging from $736 million to $896 million. The contract duration is from the effective date of the agreement until the ships are delivered, with planned delivery between 2028 and 2030 or earlier. The execution of the contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s cash flow and subsequent operating performance.
