Securities Daily Online News: On February 13, Sanfo Outdoor responded to investor questions on the interactive platform, stating that the company has fully impaired the goodwill of Shanghai Xile Cultural Development Co., Ltd. As of the end of 2024, the company has fully impaired the fixed assets of four parks under Shanghai Xile—Chengdu Squirrel Tribe, Nanjing Squirrel Tribe, Xianning Squirrel Tribe, and Zhengzhou Squirrel Tribe—based on assessment results. The current performance commitment litigation will not affect the company’s performance in 2025.
