The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission officially approved Victory Fintech Company Limited to operate a virtual asset trading platform. This is the first time since 2025 that a new platform has obtained a license, bringing the total number of licensed platforms to 12. Victory Fintech is a subsidiary of Victory Securities, approved to conduct securities trading and automated trading services, while VDX Custody is approved to provide digital asset custody services.
