Capital Online: Using no more than 220 million yuan of temporarily idle raised funds and 300 million yuan of temporarily idle proprietary funds for cash management

Capital Online Announcement: The company and its subsidiaries may use temporarily idle raised funds of no more than 220 million yuan (including this amount) and temporarily idle proprietary funds of no more than 300 million yuan (including this amount) for cash management, without affecting the construction of fundraising investment projects and the company’s normal operations. The validity period is no more than 12 months (including) from the date of approval by the shareholders’ meeting. During the validity period, this investment limit can be used cyclically and rolled over.
