Supreme People's Court: Conduct in-depth research on judicial response measures for new types of cases such as virtual currencies, and improve the financial judicial protection system

Mars Finance reports that Wang Chuang, the head of the Civil Second Division of the Supreme People’s Court, stated during the press conference on “Judicial Service and Guarantee for the High-Quality Development of the Economy and Society” that “in the future, we will focus on promoting judicial interpretations for civil compensation related to insider trading and market manipulation in the securities market, conduct in-depth research on judicial responses to new financial cases such as private equity funds and virtual currencies, and improve the financial judicial protection system.”
