Thompson Thrift announced its 100th multifamily development, Lineage, a 300-unit community in Dacula, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The project, expected to welcome residents in April 2028, will include over 9,500 square feet of retail space, a golf simulator, and other amenities. PNC Bank is providing the construction financing for the development, continuing its multi-year relationship with Thompson Thrift.
