CapitaQuartz Announcement: The company’s actual controllers, Zhang Zhongshu, Wang Yumin, and their concerted actors, intend to transfer part of their equity to Jiangfeng Electronics, which may lead to a change in the company’s control. On February 5, 2026, the company signed a relevant agreement with Jiangfeng Electronics. After the transaction is completed, Jiangfeng Electronics will become the company’s controlling shareholder, and the company’s actual controllers will change from Zhang Zhongshu and Wang Yumin to Yao Lijun. After applying to the Beijing Stock Exchange, the company’s stock will resume trading from February 6, 2026.
