According to Xinmin Evening News, on February 24, a 38-year-old Chinese businessman, Wang, was kidnapped and killed in Turkey, and 10 suspects have been arrested. The investigation revealed that the suspect began following the victim from Istanbul Airport and lured the victim into a trap through a female companion. When Wang and the woman left the restaurant, the four suspects forcibly stuffed her into another car.

The police found Wang’s body a few days later, with his hands, feet and mouth tied with tape and hit the head. The suspects had a debt dispute with Wang, who snatched the victim’s mobile phone and withdrew a large amount of money from his cryptocurrency wallet.
