My Chinese client asked me today if it's true that Koreans don't sleep 😂

Hahaha actually we do sleep, that rumor is just an "illusion" we create by relying on coffee every day!
Regular Koreans might actually wake up at 6 AM, and might also sleep very late at night, averaging 6 hours of sleep is real, and the love for fitness and coffee is also real 🤭
But many people with faster-paced lifestyles have a strong sense of time management too. This is from a vlog I found by a medical student from Yonsei University in Korea, which includes screenshots of her time management. The shortest was 3 hours, and the longest was 10 hours.
I hope my VIPs can get good sleep no matter how busy they are, after all health is what matters most~🫰
