a few words of encouragement:

try not to get down on yourself if you haven't had great success trading this environment
there's been some nice pops on alts as of recent, but conditions remain unfavorable nonetheless
profits are negligible for most, and even more asymmetrically distributed than usual
it's easy to get discouraged, and lose sight of the fact that eventually better days will come; the kind of conditions where people naively assume you got "lucky"
you just need to survive long enough to see that happen.
