🚨🇺🇸 Rents across the U.S. are falling fast.

- Austin rents are down 22% from peak.
- Fort Myers down 19%.
- Denver down 13%.
- Atlanta, Nashville, and Dallas all around -11%.
Some landlords are now offering 2–3 months free rent just to fill units.
The housing cycle is clearly turning.
Good for renters.
