On Thursday, Saylor delivered a speech at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas, stating that Bitcoin represents the ultimate form of capital.

“Every thoughtful person in the world desires to possess perfect capital,” he said, “Every one of your enemies desires to possess clean capital, and all artificial intelligence desires to possess programmable capital.”

Saylor also emphasized the importance of Compliance, “You should build the best company you can within the framework of market rules.”

“Although ‘Compliance’ sounds difficult, if you create a company and understand the market rules and the market you are in, you can build a unique and efficient business. Then, you can leverage the power of this business to raise funds, invest in Bitcoin, and create wealth,” Saylor added.
