Boyaa Interactive: To place a maximum of 63.5 million shares at a price of HKD 6.95 per share, with the proceeds used to promote business development in the Web3 field.

On August 21, Jin10 reported that Boya Interactive (00434.HK) announced that the company intends to place up to 63,510,000 shares to no less than six independent third-party recipients, who are its own and its ultimate beneficial owners (if applicable), at a placement price of HKD 6.95 per share. The placement shares will be issued and allotted under general authorization. The placement price of HKD 6.95 per share represents a discount of approximately 8.19% compared to the closing price of HKD 7.57 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the trading day prior to the signing of the placement agreement. The net proceeds from the placement are intended to be used to further promote the Group’s business development in the Web3 field.
