Jinshi Data, August 22nd news, the International Atomic Energy Agency expressed extreme concern about military actions near Russian nuclear power plants, as the operating old Soviet nuclear reactors are particularly vulnerable. IAEA Director General Grossi said that the Kursk nuclear power plant has been pushed to the front line in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, as the invasion of Ukrainian forces has put it within firing range. What’s worse, the two operating facilities nearby use RBMK technology that melted down in the 1986 Chernobyl accident.
