Gate News bot message, the Argentine Anti-Corruption Office (OA) has ruled on President Javier Milei’s promotion of Libra (LIBRA) crypto assets. The Anti-Corruption Office confirmed that the crypto assets promotional content published by Milei through his personal account does not constitute official government action or endorsement, and does not violate public morality regulations.

Although the administrative investigation has ended, the relevant investigation by the federal criminal court is still ongoing, and collective lawsuits from Argentina, the United States, and the United Kingdom are also in progress.
