Musk publicly supports Trump sending troops to Los Angeles.

Gate News bot message, Trump dispatched the National Guard to Los Angeles, clashing with crowds opposing the violent eviction of illegal immigrants, igniting a controversy over the infringement of state government autonomy.

Recently, Musk, who has fallen out with Trump, rarely publicly supports Trump’s actions. Musk retweeted Trump’s post on the social platform Truth, which demanded that the Mayor of Los Angeles take responsibility for the violence and apologize to the people of Los Angeles, and then referred to the protesters as troublemakers and insurgents.

Musk also retweeted two posts, one of which was Vice President Pence praising Trump’s “decisive leadership” and his intolerance for riots and violence; the other tweet was conservative journalist Ryan Girdusky mocking California’s Latinized “Make California America Again,” and Musk also stated that the protesters waving Mexican flags was “not okay.”
