According to ChainCatcher news and CoinDesk reports, BlackRock’s Chief Investment Officer of Global Fixed Income, Rick Rieder, stated that the current market is presenting the “best investment environment in history”, primarily benefiting from strong corporate earnings, a yield of 6.5%-7% on fixed income products, and historically low volatility. He believes that the Fed may start cutting interest rates in September and could accumulate a total of 100 basis points in cuts over the next year.
Rieder pointed out that although the valuations of technology stocks are high, 54% of the earnings growth of MAG-7 components, excluding Tesla, remains attractive. He also warned that the market may be overly optimistic about risks such as credit spreads. Analysts believe that if interest rate cuts are implemented, ample liquidity could boost the rise of risk assets such as crypto assets.
