On July 31, Jin10.com learned that a luxury house in Hong Kong was sold for HKD 360 million (USD 46 million), which is 60% lower than the estimated price by the agent. According to the land registry, the property at No. 8, Pollock’s Path, The Peak, was sold to an entity called Talent Ample Ltd. The property is a two-story detached house occupying an area of about 9,814 square feet (912 square meters).
