ChainCatcher news, the Constitutional Court of South Korea has officially started the trial of President Yoon Suk-yeol’s impeachment case. It is reported that the first stage will be the “preparatory court” stage (also known as a “pre-trial conference”). During this period, the Constitutional Court will hold one or several sessions to consolidate the positions, claims, evidence, and points of contention of both the Korean National Assembly and Yoon Suk-yeol’s side.
