Golden Finance reported that BTC payment reward service provider Fold Holdings (stock code: FLD) was listed on NASDAQ on February 19th through a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. On the first day of trading, FLD’s stock price pumped over 30% to $13, then fell back to around $11.
According to public documents, Fold currently holds 1000 BTC, worth approximately 96 million US dollars at current prices, making it another publicly listed company with BTC on its balance sheet after MicroStrategy, Semler Scientific, and Metaplanet.
