Normally, the algorithm will push price action up to fill the gap between price action and the yellow 4hr 200MA.

$BTC was not able to breakout above and stay above the target of $70,244.
As suggested price action was experiencing resistance. As a result price action would likely retest the bottom of the bearflag trendline.
We are nearly there right now.
This is the 3rd wave in the consolidation.
The 3rd wave normally determines the pattern.
It's normal to see the bottom trendline pushed down a bit here with the bottom of this wave structure.
